Clinical Application
Provides direct reflection of the laryngeal inlet, vocal cords and adjacent oropharyngeal structures for diagnostic and procedural assessment. Commonly used in ENT clinics, preoperative airway evaluations, awake examinations, and as an adjunct during minor procedures to verify anatomy and instrument placement. The compact mirror head facilitates examination in patients with limited mouth opening and can be used for routine office laryngoscopy and intraoperative confirmation of anatomic landmarks.
Design & Configuration
The compact 24 mm mirror disc balances a focused field of view with patient comfort and access in restricted oral cavities. Supplied without a handle to allow attachment to a facility's preferred detachable handle system and to support modular inventory management. The smooth, continuous rim minimizes soft-tissue trauma during insertion and manipulation while the flat/concave reflective surface is optimized for crisp indirect visualization.
