Business Terms & Conditions

1. General and Ordering Information

  • In order to avoid misunderstanding, please be sure to list product code, complete product description, and the exact quantity
  • ​Agreement and arrangement made over the phone with our representatives are valid only if followed by a written approval

2. Packaging

  • If no specifications regarding packaging are made in the order, we will choose the standard packaging at our discretion.

3. Acceptance of goods

  • Please send us an email at sales@novalmedical.com for complaints regarding quality or quantity within 10 business days after receipt of the shipment. For the complaints acknowledged by us, the replacement will be delivered free of charge.

4. Return Policy

You may return a product purchased online or over the phone within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund in the form of original payment (less shipping charges) by requesting a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#).
​Instruments must be unused and in their original package. To receive a return authorization number and to ensure proper credit, you must call us and request your RMA number. When requesting an RMA#, it will be necessary to provide:

  • Our product number
  • Invoice number
  • The reason for the return

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post. Please note return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
