Clinical Application

This flexible Recamier curette is intended for controlled scraping and removal of soft tissue from cavities. It is commonly used in gynecologic procedures such as diagnostic or therapeutic uterine curettage, removal of retained products, polyp removal and endometrial sampling. The blade profile and flexible shaft facilitate atraumatic engagement of tissue in confined or curved cavities where a rigid instrument would provide limited contact.
