Clinical Application
Provides direct, reflected visualization of confined nasal anatomy where line-of-sight is limited. Commonly used in outpatient ENT exams and in the operating room as an adjunct to endoscopic systems for inspection of the anterior and posterior nasal cavities, assessment of septal deviation, evaluation of turbinate pathology, confirmation of haemostasis, and targeted visualization during septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and functional sinus procedures.
Design & Configuration
The compact 16 mm round mirror head is sized to negotiate narrow nasal vestibules while preserving an adequate field of view. A 25 cm rigid shank offers reach into deeper nasal passages without requiring the surgeon to crowd the operative field. The low‑profile round head and straight mounting provide stable reflective surface for single‑handed retraction and inspection, allowing the other hand to manipulate instruments or suction.
