Clinical Application
Designed to support and stabilize laryngeal mirror plates during indirect laryngoscopy, oral and pharyngeal examinations, and routine ENT assessment. The handle provides a stable interface for the clinician to position the mirror to view the oropharynx, hypopharynx and laryngeal inlet for diagnostic evaluation, preoperative airway assessment, or intraoperative visualization when a direct line of sight is not possible.
Design & Configuration
The lateral screw retention provides a secure, low-profile method to fasten standard mirror plates to the handle. The screw sits to the side of the mirror junction, allowing the clinician to make small rotational or positional adjustments to the mirror before tightening, then lock it in place for steady visualization. The straight handle geometry facilitates controlled one-handed manipulation and fine positioning in the oral cavity, minimizing patient gag reflex and improving examiner control.
