Clinical Application

The central midline blade projects between tissue planes to create a stable working channel while the lateral surfaces hold wound edges apart. A hand-held configuration gives the surgeon tactile control over retraction depth and angle, facilitating incremental adjustments during dissection or suturing and reducing the need for multiple assistants.
