Clinical Application

Longer shanks with a short, finely tapered blade geometry provide reach and improved visibility while preserving tactile control at the cutting edge. The super-curved shaft allows the tips to approach tissue at an angle that preserves working space and helps protect adjacent structures. Sharp/sharp tips deliver precise cutting performance for fine dissection; they are not intended for heavy cutting of dense materials or for suture cutting.
