Clinical Application

The Siebenmann design presents a slender, rigid hollow shaft with a small-diameter tip to enable reach and fluid exchange within confined frontal sinus anatomy. A 15 cm overall length provides working reach from standard transnasal endoscopic access to the frontal recess and sinus floor.
