Clinical Application

This two-blade speculum is designed to provide controlled separation of the vaginal walls to visualize and access the cervix and vaginal vault during gynecologic examinations and minor procedures. Common uses include routine pelvic exams, cervical sampling, IUD insertion and removal, colposcopy, and minor office-based gynecologic interventions where stable exposure and direct line-of-sight to the cervix are required.

The hinged, two-blade design provides predictable bilateral retraction and an adjustable opening for graded exposure.
