Clinical Application

This rasp is intended for controlled contouring and smoothing of bony and cartilaginous irregularities within the nasal framework. Common uses include refinement of the nasal dorsum after dorsal hump reduction, smoothing osteotomy edges, removal of small bony prominences, and fine-tuning of lateral nasal wall or accessory bone spurs during primary and revision rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty procedures.
