Clinical Application
Designed for atraumatic elevation of the nasal septal mucoperichondrium and periosteum, this blunt Freer-style elevator facilitates controlled submucosal and subperiosteal dissection during septoplasty, rhinoplasty and other endonasal procedures. The blunt working edge reduces the risk of mucosal perforation while allowing precise separation of soft tissue from cartilage and bone.
Design & Configuration
The blunt tip provides a non-cutting, rounded leading edge to perform gentle, controlled dissection and elevation. A 19 cm overall length gives the operator extended reach within the nasal cavity and paranasal corridors without sacrificing tactile feedback. The slender shaft and ergonomically balanced profile allow fine manipulation in confined spaces and improved visualization during closed approaches.
