Clinical Application

This buttoned, double-ended probe is intended for atraumatic exploration and negotiation of narrow lumens, fistula tracts, sinuses and cannulation pathways where a blunt, rounded tip is required to minimize tissue injury. The 2 mm buttoned tip provides a smooth, atraumatic leading surface for identifying tract direction, dilating stenotic segments, passing guidewires or stents, and assisting in suture passage during reconstructive or ENT procedures. The 25 cm length supports access to deeper anatomical areas without the need for improvised extensions.
