Clinical Application

This combined grooved director and tongue-tie instrument is intended for minor oral and ENT procedures where controlled guidance of a blade or probe and secure retraction or ligation of the tongue are required. Common uses include frenotomy/frenectomy, neonatal and pediatric tongue-tie release, controlled submucosal dissection and placement of sutures or ligatures beneath soft tissue.
