Clinical Application

This round Gruber ear speculum provides atraumatic dilation and a clear, circular field of view of the external auditory canal and tympanic membrane. The 6.5 mm aperture is suitable for routine otologic examinations, direct visualization during cerumen removal and foreign‑body extraction, and for minor in‑office otologic procedures that require introduction of small suction tips or instruments under direct vision or microscopy.
