Clinical Application
Designed for controlled removal of cerumen, soft debris and small foreign bodies from the external auditory canal. The curved, blunt spoon tip enables atraumatic scooping and debridement during routine ENT clinic procedures, microsuction adjuncts, and intraoperative otologic work where controlled tissue handling and preservation of canal skin are required.
Design & Configuration
The curved shaft follows the anatomical curvature of the external auditory canal to improve line-of-sight and approach angle while minimizing inadvertent contact with the canal wall. A blunt, spoon-style curette tip concentrates scooping action for effective wax and debris capture while reducing the risk of laceration or perforation compared with sharp curette styles. The 16.5 cm overall length provides reach and tactile feedback for precise manipulation under microscopy or headlight illumination.
