Clinical Application
Designed for delicate microsurgical tissue handling, this angled micro dissector is used to separate arachnoid membranes, mobilize small vessels, define tumor cleavage planes, and perform fine dissection around aneurysm necks and cranial nerves under the operating microscope. Its fine tip and angled trajectory provide control for precision tasks in confined cranial and skull base exposures.
Design & Configuration
The angled shaft geometry allows a tangential approach to target tissue while keeping the surgeon's hand and instrument shaft clear of the line of vision under magnification. A 19 cm working length provides reach into deep operative corridors without excessive handle prominence at the operative field. The fine, angled tip concentrates contact force at a small footprint to enable atraumatic separation of delicate structures and controlled blunt or sharp dissection as required by the surgeon.
