Clinical Application
This rigid curette provides controlled scraping, debridement and tissue sampling in procedures that require a long, rigid instrument to access confined or deep cavities. The 14 mm blunt tip is intended to remove soft tissue, granulation tissue or foreign material while minimizing sharp trauma, and is useful when tactile feedback and precise tissue capture are required.
Design & Configuration
The instrument's 31 cm rigid shaft offers extended reach into narrow or deep operative fields where shorter curettes cannot access. The blunt 14 mm tip is configured to present a shallow scoop for controlled tissue engagement and removal; the rigid construction transmits tactile feedback to the operator for precise scraping. The Fig.6 model designation corresponds to the manufacturer’s tip geometry and overall balance for predictable handling.
