Clinical Application

This 20-piece graduated dilator set is intended for controlled, stepwise cervical dilation to facilitate access to the uterine cavity. It is used in a range of gynecologic procedures where progressive dilation is required, including preparatory dilation for diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, office-based procedures, and other situations requiring atraumatic cervical enlargement to permit passage of instruments or devices.

Design & Configuration

The set provides a series of single-ended, tapered dilators with smooth, rounded tips to reduce cervical trauma during passage. The graduated geometry allows clinicians to increase diameter in predictable increments, improving control over dilation forces and reducing the need for forced or repeated passes.
