Clinical Application

Designed for controlled mechanical dilation of the cervical canal, this dilator is used to establish or increase cervical diameter prior to intrauterine procedures. The instrument is typically used sequentially with smaller and larger dilators to achieve progressive, atraumatic dilation.

Design & Configuration

The single-ended, solid-rod configuration provides a straight, rigid shaft with a tapered, rounded distal tip to facilitate atraumatic entry through the cervical os.
