Clinical Application

Provides controlled mechanical dilation of the cervical canal to a 6.5 mm diameter to permit passage of uterine instruments. Commonly used in gynecologic procedures including dilation and curettage, office or operative hysteroscopy (pre-dilation), endometrial biopsy, and IUD insertion. The instrument offers direct tactile feedback to the operator, allowing progressive dilation in graduated sets or as a standalone size when intermediate expansion is required.
