Clinical Application

Provides controlled mechanical dilation of the cervical canal to permit safe access to the uterine cavity. Commonly used in dilation and curettage (D&C), operative and diagnostic hysteroscopy, endometrial biopsy preparation, and procedures where progressive enlargement of the cervical os is required prior to instrumentation or device placement.

The single-ended, tapered cylindrical profile enables gradual, controlled dilation with a smooth, rounded tip to minimize mucosal trauma during passage.
