This three-piece set provides the commonly used Macintosh curved blades for direct laryngoscopy and orotracheal intubation. Including sizes #2, #3 and #4 covers small adult/older pediatric through large adult airway management, allowing clinicians to select the appropriate blade length for patient anatomy and clinical circumstances.

Design & Configuration

The curved Macintosh blade profile creates a single-plane flange that aligns with the oropharyngeal axis when lifting at the vallecula, improving visualization of the vocal cords without directly hooking the epiglottis. Having a set with contiguous sizes (#2, #3, #4) supports efficient size selection during induction and rapid sequence intubation.
