This three‑blade conventional laryngoscope set provides the two most commonly used pediatric blade geometries for direct laryngoscopy: straight (Miller) blades for direct elevation of the epiglottis and a curved (Macintosh) blade for placement in the vallecula to indirectly lift the epiglottis. Sizes 0 and 1 Miller and size 0 Macintosh cover neonatal and small infant airway management in operating rooms, emergency departments and intensive care settings. Design & Configuration

Straight Miller blades provide a narrow profile and direct tip control to lift the epiglottis for a view of the glottic opening in very small patients.
