Clinical Application
Designed for gynecologic procedures that require controlled grasping and extraction of endometrial or cervical polypoid tissue. The instrument's length and slender profile permit transvaginal passage through the cervical canal to reach intrauterine lesions during polypectomy, dilation & curettage adjuncts, or tissue retrieval in outpatient and operating room settings.
Design & Configuration
The long shaft and narrow cross-section provide access to the uterine cavity while minimizing cervical dilation. Cup-shaped, fenestrated-style jaws concentrate contact on polyp tissue to enable secure purchase with minimal crushing of surrounding endometrium. The overall geometry assists controlled traction and rotation to facilitate clean removal of polypoid fragments.
