Clinical Application

Designed for fine, atraumatic soft‑tissue dissection and blunt separation of tissue planes, this curved Metzenbaum Nelson scissors is used to dissect around delicate structures in general, plastic, thoracic, gynecologic and other soft‑tissue procedures. The blunt/blunt tips minimize the risk of inadvertent perforation when performing blunt dissection or when following tissue planes adjacent to vessels and nerves. The 25 cm length provides extended reach into deeper cavities while preserving control at the tip.
