Clinical Application
Designed for fine elevation and dissection in confined anatomy, this elevator provides controlled subperiosteal and mucoperichondrial elevation during nasal and midface procedures. It is commonly used in septoplasty, rhinoplasty, nasal fracture reduction, and other ENT or facial-plastic interventions where a slim, tactile instrument is required to mobilize soft tissue from bone or cartilage without excessive bulk.
Design & Configuration
The straight, narrow shaft and low-profile working end permit precise access into the nasal cavity and other restricted corridors. The 18 cm length gives adequate reach for intra-nasal and transoral approaches while maintaining good tactile feedback. The hand-held, non-locking design allows incremental levering and fine directional control for atraumatic flap elevation and periosteal release.
