Clinical Application

This center blade is a dedicated midline element for use with a Goligher retractor system. It provides focused central exposure of the anal canal and distal rectum to facilitate hemorrhoidectomy, excision of perianal lesions, fissure repair and other anorectal procedures. By elevating and maintaining a central line of sight, the blade improves access for dissection, cautery, suture placement and hemostasis while working between lateral blades of the frame.
