Clinical Application

Designed for gynecologic procedures that require controlled mechanical curettage of the endometrium. The blunt 15 mm scoop is intended for endometrial sampling, diagnostic and therapeutic dilation & curettage (D&C), removal of retained products of conception, and gentle uterine debridement where a less traumatic scraping surface is preferred over a sharp curette.

Design & Configuration

The malleable shaft permits intraoperative shaping to follow the patient’s uterine axis, improving alignment and tactile feedback during passage through the cervical canal and into the uterine cavity. A blunt, spoon-shaped 15 mm curette tip provides a broad contact surface for tissue sampling while reducing the focal cutting risk associated with sharp curettes. The 31 cm overall length offers extended reach and control in varied anatomic presentations.
