Clinical Application

These small-caliber Lister urethral bougies are intended for atraumatic urethral calibration, assessment of lumen patency, and as a guide for catheter placement in very narrow urethral anatomy. The 00 and 1 French Gauge sizes are appropriate for neonatal, infant, or severely narrowed urethras and for staged dilation during endourologic evaluation and treatment of strictures.
