Clinical Application
Designed for controlled evacuation of blood, irrigation fluid, and small particulate matter from confined or deep surgical sites. The 90° angled configuration gives surgeons precise directional control of suction without obscuring the line of sight, making it useful in otolaryngology, neurosurgery, plastic and reconstructive procedures, and other operations that require suctioning in narrow cavities or around delicate anatomy.
Design & Configuration
The right-angle tip directs the suction port laterally, allowing access to recesses and around anatomical corners while keeping the tubing clear of the operative field. A slender shaft profile minimizes visual obstruction and helps reach deep or narrow spaces. The angled geometry also helps position the tip to avoid direct contact with tissue surfaces, reducing the risk of inadvertent trauma while maintaining efficient fluid removal.
