Clinical Application
Provides stable, hands-free retraction of the cheeks and lips to improve surgical exposure and access to the oral vestibule, anterior mandibular and maxillary regions, and perioral tissues. Commonly used during intraoral extractions, third molar surgery, implant placement, cleft repair, orthognathic procedures and certain ENT or facial plastic operations where consistent soft-tissue retraction and visualization are required.
Design & Configuration
The bilateral blade geometry is engineered to evert and hold buccal and labial soft tissues away from the operative field while distributing pressure across a wider surface to reduce focal tissue trauma. The self-retaining mechanism secures retraction without continuous manual force, enabling the surgical team to work with improved access and stability. Blade curvature and width are intended to conform to oral anatomy for predictable exposure and reduced need for frequent repositioning.
