Clinical Application

This instrument is intended for use in adenoidectomy procedures to excise adenoid tissue from the nasopharynx. Design & Configuration

The 25 cm shaft provides sufficient reach for transoral access to the nasopharyngeal vault while maintaining surgeon control and ergonomic handling. The Fig.2 head geometry is a standard adenoidectomy pattern that facilitates atraumatic capture of tissue. Perforations in the cutting head reduce suction-related tissue adherence and can improve visualization and evacuation of blood and tissue fragments during excision, helping to maintain a clear operative field and enabling more precise, controlled cuts.
