Clinical Application

Design & Configuration

The Aufricht pattern features two opposing, broad blades configured to retract mucosa and soft tissue evenly across the nostril and internal nasal vault. The 19 cm shaft length increases working reach and keeps the assistant’s hands clear of the surgical field, improving line-of-sight and instrument maneuverability. The relatively flat blade profile distributes retraction force to minimize focal pressure on mucosa while creating a wide operative corridor.
