Clinical Application
Designed for controlled intranasal and percutaneous nasal bone osteotomies, this bayonet nasal saw is used during rhinoplasty, septoplasty and nasal fracture repair to create precise bone cuts with minimal soft-tissue disruption. The fine saw tip enables controlled scoring and completion of osteotomies in tight nasal corridors where direct visualization and delicate manipulation are required.
Design & Configuration
The bayonet shaft offsets the handle from the cutting plane, keeping the surgeon’s hands out of the line of sight and improving intraoperative visualization. The "left" orientation means the offset and tip geometry favor access to left-sided nasal anatomy and approaches where a leftward lateral offset provides the most ergonomic blade alignment. The 19 cm working length provides reach for intranasal work while maintaining tactile control and stability for precise bone cuts.
