Clinical Application

Designed to provide controlled lateral retraction of the nares for clear visualization and access to the anterior nasal cavity. Commonly used in ENT clinics and procedure rooms for diagnostic nasal examination, removal of foreign bodies, placement or removal of nasal packs, targeted topical therapy, and as an adjunct to rigid or flexible nasal endoscopy during routine office procedures or minor operative interventions.

Design & Configuration

The two-blade, hinged design allows incremental, controlled opening of the nostril to optimize the visual field while minimizing mucosal trauma. Tapered, blunt blade profiles are shaped to conform to the vestibular anatomy, providing effective retraction with a small intra-nasal footprint. The adjustable opening gives clinicians fine control over exposure, helping stabilize the field during instrument maneuvers or endoscope introduction.
