Clinical Application
This fine Lempert elevator is intended for precise elevation and mobilization of delicate soft tissues and periosteum. Its small 3 mm working tip and curved profile make it well suited for controlled subperiosteal dissection, freeing soft tissue from bone, and elevating small tissue flaps in ENT, otologic, craniofacial, oral surgery and select neurosurgical exposures where a fine, atraumatic elevator is required.
Design & Configuration
The single-ended, curved geometry provides improved access and mechanical advantage in confined or angled operative fields. A narrow 3 mm tip concentrates lifting force for controlled separation of tissue planes while minimizing trauma. The 19 cm length offers reach into deeper cavities or recessed surgical sites without excessive shaft bulk, preserving visibility and maneuverability during microsurgical or endaural approaches.
