Clinical Application

A Cooley-pattern retractor frame with paired bladed tips provides a stable platform for gradual, controlled spreading. The relatively compact 95 mm length produces a lower-profile footprint, which can be advantageous in tighter operative fields or when limited exposure is required. Blades sized 12 x 13 mm balance surface contact and localized pressure to reduce soft-tissue trauma while maintaining effective rib separation.
