Clinical Application
Designed for secure airway management during general anesthesia, procedural sedation, critical care ventilation, and emergency airway control. The Luer connector provides a standard interface for attachment to breathing circuits, manual resuscitation bags, or suction/monitoring lines, enabling controlled ventilation and airway protection in the operating room, ambulatory surgery centers, and intensive care units.
Design & Configuration
The Figure 3 geometry denotes a conventional endotracheal tube profile with a standardized Luer connection at the proximal end. A 7 mm internal diameter offers a balance between airflow capacity and patient tolerance for many adult and adolescent patients; the Luer interface simplifies connection to ancillary devices and allows for inline suctioning or sampling when used with compatible adapters. The tube’s lumen and curvature are optimized to facilitate atraumatic placement and secure fit on endotracheal fixation devices.
Instrument Specifications
