Clinical Application

This curette is designed for controlled debridement, scooping and contouring of bone and associated granulation tissue in confined surgical sites. The Fig.3 spoon bowl is sized for moderate-volume bone removal and precise tactile feedback, making it useful in procedures such as fracture site debridement, removal of bone spurs, curettage of benign bone lesions, sinonasal and middle-ear bone work in ENT, and limited spinal or hand surgery applications where a mid-length instrument is preferred.

Design & Configuration

The spoon-shaped curette bowl concentrates scraping force at the cutting edge while preserving a concave surface to collect excised material for efficient removal.
