Clinical Application
Provides stable anterior cervical exposure during procedures such as anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF), corpectomy and other anterior approaches to the cervical spine. The frame secures soft-tissue retraction and maintains a reproducible working corridor to facilitate discectomy, graft/implant placement, microscopy and intraoperative imaging.
Design & Configuration
The open Caspar-style frame is supplied without blades to allow selection of detachable blade sizes and profiles to match patient anatomy and the surgeon's preferred technique. The frame geometry gives a low-profile working window for instrument access and fluoroscopy while the self-retaining clamping mechanism maintains exposure without constant manual retraction, freeing assistants and improving OR efficiency.
