Clinical Application
Compact straight hemostatic forceps designed to provide secure, atraumatic occlusion of small- to medium-sized blood vessels and to control bleeding during tissue dissection. Commonly used in general surgery, vascular procedures, ENT, gynecology and outpatient procedures where precise vessel control and tissue handling are required. Its 20 cm length provides reach into deeper wounds while maintaining tactile feedback for the operator.
Design & Configuration
The straight shaft geometry allows direct, inline application of clamping pressure, which is useful for occluding vessels in confined or superficial operative fields. Transverse serrations across the jaw deliver a reliable grip on vessel walls and tissue without excessive penetration. A standard ratcheting handle secures the clamp position, permitting hands-free hemostasis and controlled release during staged dissection and suturing.
