It is most commonly used in anorectal and perianal procedures but is also useful for probing small sinus tracts in general surgery and specialty fields where a slender hooked probe is required.
Design & Configuration
The 22 cm overall length provides reach for deeper or less accessible tracts while maintaining tactile feedback for the operator. The Fig.3 pattern denotes an angled hook geometry that allows the tip to engage and follow the tract with controlled motion, reducing the risk of false passages.
