Clinical Application
Designed to provide reliable visualization and access to the vaginal canal and cervix during routine gynecologic examinations and minor procedures. The two blade-width options (16 mm and 30 mm) accommodate varying patient anatomy, improving patient comfort while enabling procedures such as cervical cytology collection, IUD insertion, endometrial sampling, and minor office-based interventions.
Design & Configuration
The hinged bivalve configuration separates the anterior and posterior vaginal walls to expose the cervix and create a working channel. A 95 mm blade length reaches the cervix in the majority of adult patients without excessive extension, while the narrower 16 mm blade is useful for tighter introitus or nulliparous patients and the 30 mm blade provides broader exposure for parous or larger anatomy. Smooth, contoured blade edges reduce soft-tissue trauma and facilitate atraumatic insertion and positioning.
