Clinical Application

Provides a clear, focused view of the oropharynx and laryngeal inlet for indirect laryngoscopy, vocal cord inspection, foreign body localization, and routine ENT examinations. The 20 mm diameter offers a balance between a compact profile for patient comfort and sufficient field of view for visualization of the glottis and surrounding structures in adult and cooperative pediatric patients.

Design & Configuration

The compact, circular mirror head (Fig.5 pattern) is supplied without a handle to allow use with detachable or specialty handles as required by clinical workflow and sterilization protocols. The smaller 20 mm profile reduces gag reflex and facilitates insertion in patients with limited oral opening while still providing a stable, centered reflection of laryngeal anatomy. The smooth rim and low-profile disc simplify placement and retrieval during office or procedure-room examinations.
