Clinical Application
This fine curved Lempert elevator is intended for precision elevation and dissection of delicate soft tissues and periosteum in confined surgical fields. Its narrow 2 mm working tip provides tactile feedback and control for raising mucoperiosteal flaps, separating soft tissue from bone, and freeing adhesions during ENT and otologic procedures, as well as in selected craniofacial and neurosurgical exposures where a low-profile, precise elevator is required.
Design & Configuration
The curved geometry improves line-of-sight and access around anatomic contours, allowing the working tip to be introduced parallel to the operative surface while keeping the shaft clear of the field. The single-ended layout concentrates function in a compact working tip, while the 19 cm shaft length provides reach into deeper recesses without sacrificing control. The fine 2 mm tip enables focused elevation with minimal collateral tissue disruption, useful in narrow ear and sinonasal workspaces.
