Clinical Application
Designed for precise tissue separation and micro-dissection in confined surgical fields, this Fisch dissector provides controlled blunt and sharp dissection for procedures that require delicate handling. Its left-curved working ends facilitate access and visualization of left-sided anatomy and narrow operative corridors commonly encountered in otologic, neurotologic and other microsurgical ENT procedures.
Design & Configuration
The double-ended layout places two complementary dissector tips on a single shaft to reduce instrument changes and improve workflow at the field. The left-curved geometry directs the tip away from the operator, improving line-of-sight to concealed tissue planes and enabling ergonomic angulation when working around delicate structures. A 16 cm overall length gives reach into deeper cavities while maintaining fine tip control for microsurgical maneuvers.
