Clinical Application

Provides atraumatic exposure of the posterior elements of the spine during laminectomy, laminotomy, facetectomy and other decompression procedures. The broad blade geometry is intended to displace paraspinal muscle and subperiosteal tissue to create a stable working corridor to the lamina, ligamentum flavum and epidural space while minimizing focal pressure on the dura.
