Clinical Application
This double-ended Parker retractor provides controlled retraction of superficial soft tissues to improve exposure of small to moderate operative fields. Its size and configuration are suited to minor general procedures and specialties such as ENT, plastic/reconstructive, hand, and oral surgery where precise, hand-held tissue retraction is required without obscuring the field.
Design & Configuration
The double-ended (D/E) design gives immediate access to two retraction orientations without exchanging instruments, reducing instrument turnover during procedures. At 13.5 cm overall length, the instrument balances reach and control for confined or shallow cavities. The hand-held format supports fine manual adjustment and tactile feedback to the operator for targeted exposure.
